A customer from Ghana approached Leila with a specific request for a machine capable of slicing yams to a thickness of less than 1mm, a rather uncommon requirement in the culinary field as most vegetables don’t need to be sliced so thinly. After extensive discussions and research by our technical team, we decided to modify a lemon slicing machine to meet the customer’s needs. In the end, Leila successfully provided the customer with two custom-made slicing machines, fulfilling this unique slicing requirement.

At the beginning, the customer contacted Leila to find a machine that can replace manual potato cutting. We recommended three small yield cutters to the customer, but the customer wanted a multifunctional vegetable cutter. We recommend the vc-65 multi-functional vegetable cutter to customers. This vegetable cutter can slice, cut strips and dice, which can be achieved by changing different knives. After understanding the customer’s needs, we have provided customers with six different specifications of cutters to achieve efficient vegetable cutting.

A customer from Cameroon approached Leila with a request for equipment to produce plantain chips. Simultaneously, they wanted the same equipment to be capable of producing regular potato chips. In response, Leila provided a versatile slicing machine capable of handling both plantains and potatoes. Additionally, the equipment was equipped with versatile blanching, frying, dehydrating, and seasoning components, ensuring the customer could efficiently produce a variety of delicious chip products.
