1974
In 1974, Shandong Leila Machinery Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Shandong Cookware Machinery Factory. Its enterprise was located in the eastern suburbs of Jinan City, adjacent to the Jiqing Expressway, west of Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, and south of Jiaozhou Jinan Railway, laying a solid foundation for the company’s initial stage.
1984
In 1984, the company applied for the registration of the “Leila” trademark, giving its products a unique logo, which made the “Leila Team” more dedicated to the enterprise and laid a solid foundation for brand building.
1998
In 1998, Shandong Leila Machinery Co., Ltd. took the lead in passing the ISO9001 international quality system certification in the same industry nationwide, thus occupying a significant leading position in the same industry.
2001
In 2001, as a leading enterprise in the national industry, Leila obtained the priority of supplying cooking machinery to the military. In a short period of time, Leila overcame various difficulties and completed the tasks assigned by the military with high quality and quantity.
2003
In 2003, Leila carried out a scientific research battle, summarized and finalized all the equipment on the market, and applied for a design patent. Since the beginning of this year, Leila’s popular products, such as yqc series, TP series, yzb series and HWT series, have officially established their market position in law.
2010
In 2010, Shandong Leila Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved rapid development from annual sales of several million yuan to the current 180million yuan and tax payment of more than 11 million yuan in the ten years since the new century, which fully demonstrates the excellent business strength and market competitiveness of the enterprise.
2013
On January 1st, 2013, the company was officially transformed into a joint-stock enterprise with a registered capital of 38.69 million yuan, which further promoted the optimization of corporate governance structure and the modernization of operation and management. This important decision has laid a more solid foundation for the company’s future sustainable development.
2024
2024 marks the 50th year of Leila’s establishment, under the leadership of Chairman Rick Ren,the team has continued to overcome industry constraints and set sights on the overseas global market.
