LEILA periodically schedules regional Maintenance Check-Ups, open for reservations. Our maintenance engineers will first confirm your usage status of the machines, and followed by an onsite inspection. And based on the data gathered, notifications will be sent for parts replacement in advance, as well as other reminders and suggestions.

– China. The state will be categorized into North, Central, and South districts, with three distinct maintenance checks scheduled independently. Clients will receive advance notifications, typically scheduled before industry events to prevent conflicts with manufacturing activities.

– Overseas. The maintenance checks are aligned with International Exhibitions, and clients are notified in advance to apply. LEILA typically plans a two-week to one-month Maintenance Check for foreign countries, with the possibility of rescheduling under special circumstances.

Status check and analysis

We confirm the client’s purchased machine model and assess its most vulnerable parts. In China, our repair cars carry all necessary spare parts; for overseas locations, we determine if components or consumables need to be sent in advance. Clients are also asked to gather equipment data, sending it to our engineers for analysis, ensuring a well-prepared and accurate onsite inspection.

Quotation

Based on the condition of the client’s equipment and the actual checklist, we will offer an estimated quotation for discussion. Upon mutual agreement and confirmation, the Maintenance Check will be scheduled accordingly.

Maintenance check

Begin by adhering to the maintenance check and functionality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) outlined in the Operation Manual, ensuring the machine operates under standard conditions. Collaborate with clients to go through basic maintenance procedures, checking components like O-rings and bearings for wear or replacement needs, and assessing the tension and adjustment of chains. Assisting clients in developing basic maintenance habits helps prevent excessive wear on machine parts.
